A seasoned Product Solutions Leader; Kyle excels in leading digital transformation initiatives, specialising in business analysis and feasibility studies. With broad international experience—including leadership roles in Europe and Malta—Kyle drives innovation, operational efficiency, and compliance in high-security environments.

Our Chairperson - Ivan Bartolo

Entrepreneur, Author, Visionary Leader

 

Over the course of Ivan's career, which began in 1986 and accelerated with his pioneering work in Agile methodology from 1996 onward, Ivan has touched thousands of lives. He introduced Agile principles to global corporations across the United States, Canada, Europe, and Scandinavia, acting not just as a trainer but as a catalyst for sustainable change. 

 

In 2001, Ivan founded 6PM Holdings plc in Malta, a bold startup that would soon disrupt the UK’s healthcare IT sector. Under his leadership, the company grew to employ over 200people, delivered innovative software solutions to more than 200 NHS hospitals, and scaled to over £13 million in annual revenue. His ability to navigate through global recessions, restructure business models, and lead through vision earned him several prestigious awards, including the European Business Award for Innovation and BOV’s Top Entrepreneur of the Year.

 

Today, through his consultancy BITS Ltd, Ivan mentors’ startups, serves as a non-executive director across multiple boards, and continues to inspire leaders through keynote speeches and workshops. His mission remains steadfast: to empower people and businesses to thrive, intentionally, habitually, and with impact.
